strtrg was founded by a collective of former chief officers and seniors leaders from commonwealth Public Safety, National Security and Defense organizations, enhanced with former national leaders from the worlds largest IT and AI companies who operate in this mission-critical space.
Our shared history is rooted in decades of high-stakes public service that has kept our countries, communities and people safe. Our senior leaders have continually and successfully navigated the complexities of 'Strategic Leadership', 'Organizational Development & Governance' and "IT-Enabled Transformation' in these most challenging environments.

Peter M.
Founder
In Peter's almost 2 decades in Policing, Peter was the Head of Criminal Justice & Custody for 4 UK Police Forces, he also spent many years as Senior Responsible Officer for multiple organizational and regional transformation programs. His achievements in driving Police Service performance improvements and transformation saw him working for the National Police Improvement Agency, The UK College of Policing, and serve 6 years as the UK's Member State Expert on Policing with the European Union (EU).
Peter subsequently joined the world's 5th Largest Consulting & IT company, leading their Public Safety and National Security Directorates in both the UK and Canada.
Latterly, Peter has led Professional Services for Public Sector, Public Safety, National Security & Defense for 2 of the worlds largest technology companies: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google, leading on the deployment of cutting edge Sovereign Infrastructure and exploiting next generation Data & AI to enhance mission-efficiency and effectiveness.
Peter holds over 40 certifications, including Lean Six Sigma, Project & Program Management and numerous Cloud, AI and IT qualifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco.
Rob R.
Partner
Rob served over 30 years with the UK's largest Police Service. Reaching Chief Superintendent, over Rob's tenure he commanded Territorial Policing, Criminal Investigations and Criminal Justice. He also led the UK's largest Police command: Roads & Transport Command.
Additionally, Rob was seconded to lead Inspection and Review for both the National Police Improvement Agency and the UK Government Home Office, where he inspected a significant number of Policing Services on a range of topics. In addition, Rob led a significant number of "Senior Leadership Programs" on behalf of the College of Policing where he trained, coached and mentored successive generations of Senior Leaders.
Rob has since gone on to lead Policing & Public Safety for several niche Public Safety and National Security Consulting firms including Emerald, Pro:Public and Futures. During this time Rob worked extensively across the UK, Europe, Africa and Middle-East on a range of topics.
Rob is qualified in Change Management and is an EMCC Coach in Leadership.
Craig G.
Partner
Craig is the former Chief Constable of two UK Police Forces, including the 2nd largest in the country. Prior to that Craig was a Chief Officer in 2 further UK forces.
Craig was a Chief officer for over 14 years with significant experience of leading organisations of over 12,500 members. Craig led significant Organizational Transformations, and drove service improvements across all the organizations he led. This saw him repeatedly being asked to lead Inspections and Reviews of other police services on behalf of The National Police Improvement Agency and The Home Office.
In addition, following his service as a Lieutenant in the Adjutant Generals Corps, Craig is now a Captain in the Provost Branch of the British Army. He is also a Crown Appointee, serving as the Deputy Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire in UK.
Whilst Chief Constable, Craig was the National Police Chiefs Council Lead for both 'Professional Standards and Ethics' and also 'Complaints and Misconduct'.
Craig led on Chief Officer Training and Appointments for many years on behalf of the UK College of Policing and The National Police Chiefs Council.
Since 2017 Craig was appointed an 'Officer of the Order of St John' (OStJ) and in 2021 he was awarded the Queens Police Medal (QPM) for Distinguished Service.
